We usually have both pure and part-bred youngstock for sale. Threee year olds are often available, backed and hacking quietly. We are always delighted to welcome our youngsters back for backing if required.

Purchased from Ireland 5 years ago, Guiness has rather hung around - used mainly as a staff lesson horse. But he's rather wasted now as we no longer have working pupils and he should be getting out competing or hunting! He's a forward going ride with good manners and no vices, and working at Novice level at home. He's done very little jumping until recently and is green over jumps - but showing a tidy pop!
Guiness is not suitable for a novice, but would make a super all-rounder for a confident rider.

ridden away and are hacking sensibly. They are all good to handle
in every way, and open to any vet!
Indigo Jazz King - RID Gelding - aged 4
Jazz was sold last year, lightly backed, and his new owner brought him along slowly and carefully. Unfortunately, his owner's recurrent back problems mean she has been advised to give up riding and he is sadly back here to be sold through no fault of his own. No 4 year old is bombproof - but this chap goes close! He's schooling nicely on the flat and has just started some jumping (which he enjoys!) He would make a fantastic all-rounder (and a friend for life!)

Trebor would make an excellent competition horse for a junior. His temperament is outstanding - he's hacking alone or in company, and never hots up. His movement is excellent and he is showing a very good 'pop'.

Date of Birth: 5-8-2006
Backed in December, this chunky gelding is out of Hornby Select mare Northwood Rose, a full brother to Hornby Premium mare Indigo Tralee Rosebud, and to Indigo Deep Secret, winner of the Yearling Filly class at the National Breed Show 2009, and others! He moves well and shows the same immensely trainable attitude as his big brother Indigo Rambo. He hacks sensibly, alone or in company, and is a gem to handle.

This chap was still a colt when this pic was taken - and going through a growth spurt! He should end up 17hh like his Hornby Mum. Cleo was the easiest horse ever backed here, and Rhythm's full brother, Jazz King, ran her a close second!
He should make a super MW hunter type, with excellent movement.
